Zusammenfassung:Disclosed by the present invention is fluorine phosphate glass for an active element comprising: a metaphosphate composition including Al(PO_3)_3; a fluoride composition including BaF_2 and SrF_2; and a dopant arranged with ErF_3 and YbF_3. The present invention: has high fluorescence cross-sectional properties while having thermal and mechanical properties which can be employed as a glass base material for active devices such as an optical fiber laser; and has enhanced downward and upward transition emission characteristics and high sensitivity (S) in cryogenic environments. 개시되는 능동소자용 불소인산염계 유리는, Al(PO)포함하는 메타인산염(metaphosphate) 조성물; BaF및 SrF를 포함하는 불소(fluoride) 조성물; 및 ErF및 YbF로 마련되는 도펀트(dopant);를 포함하여 조성되며, 능동소자(예: 광섬유 레이저)용 유리 모재로 채용 가능한 열적, 기계적 특성을 가지면서도 높은 형광단면적 특성을 가지며, 강화된 하향 및 상향전이 방출 특성 및 극저온 환경에서 높은 민감도(S)를 가진다.
