Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for reducing skin wrinkles comprising an extract of heugseol which is one of the rice varieties adapted to plains in the central district and developed as soft rice for processing. The heugseol extract of the present invention has a cell protective effect, reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation inhibitory effect, matrix metalloproteinases-1 (MMP-1) activity inhibitory effect and pro-collagen type 1 (COL1A1) expression increasing effect, and thus may be useful in cosmetic compositions for anti-aging and anti-wrinkle. 본 발명은 흑설 추출물을 포함하는 피부 주름 개선용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 흑설 추출물은 세포 보호효과, ROS(Reactive oxygen species) 생성 억제효과, MMP-1(Matrix metalloproteinases-1)의 활성 억제 및 COL1A1(pro-collagen type 1)의 발현 증가 효과를 가지므로 항노화 및 피부 주름 개선용 화장료 조성물에 유용할 수 있다.
