According to the present invention, the smart safety scaffold with maximized movement and storage convenience comprises: a pair of base frame units including a first base post and a second base post arranged and separated from the first base post; a middle frame unit including a plurality of middle posts sequentially coupled to the first and the second base post in a height direction of the pair of base frame units and a plurality of middle connection bars connecting the plurality of middle posts; a footplate unit coupled to the middle frame unit; and an upper frame unit including a plurality of upper posts sequentially coupled in a height direction of the uppermost middle post among the plurality of middle posts, a plurality of upper connection bars connecting the plurality of upper posts, and a plurality of clamp connection units connecting the plurality of upper posts to be perpendicular to the plurality of upper connection bars.
