Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an automatic cell cultivation method to cultivate cells in a system, which comprises a storage unit, a main processing unit, a constant-temperature cultivation unit, and a control unit, by the control of the control unit. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step of thawing a vial having a cell of a frozen state contained therein; a step of charging the cells into a first cultivation vessel to cultivate the cell in the constant temperature cultivation unit; a step of moving the first cultivation vessel cultivated in the constant temperature cultivation unit to the main processing unit and then, exchanging a cultivation solution; a step of performing cultivation in the constant temperature cultivation unit; a step of separating the cells from a cultivation surface of the first cultivation vessel and charging the cells into a second cultivation vessel; a step of cultivating the cells in the constant temperature cultivation unit; and a step of separating the cells from a cultivation surface of the second cultivation vessel and capturing the cells. 본 발명은 저장부, 주작업부, 항온배양부 및 제어부를 포함하여 구성되는 시스템에서, 상기 제어부의 제어에 의해 세포를 배양하는 자동화 세포 배양 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법은, 냉동상태의 세포가 담긴 바이알을 해동하고, 제1배양용기에 분주하여 상기 항온배양부에서 배양하고, 상기 항온배양부에서 배양된 제1배양용기를 상기 주작업부로 이동시켜, 배양액을 교환하고, 상기 항온배양부에서 배양하고, 상기 제1배양용기의 배양면으로부터 세포를 분리하고, 제2배양용기에 분주하고, 상기 항온배양부에서 배양하고, 상기 제2배양용기의 배양면으로부터 세포를 분리하고, 세포를 포집한다.
