The micelle of the present application has excellent dispersing characteristics in an aqueous phase, and has excellent transdermal absorption properties when prepared into a dosage form. 본 출원은 양친성 고분자에 의해 캡슐화되어 있는 약물을 포함하는 미셀(micelle) 및 이를 포함하는 조성물에 대한 것이다. 본 출원의 미셀(micelle)은 수용액 상 분산 특성이 뛰어나고, 제형으로 제조 시에 경피 흡수 특성이 우수하다.
