MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PLATE COIL ELEMENT FOR TRANSFORMER

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a flat coil element for a transformer, which comprises the steps of: manufacturing flat coils (110A, 110B, 110C) (S210); preparing a jig (10) having a receiving portion (E1) and a central protrusion (11) formed at the center thereof, and inserting the flat coils (110A, 110B, 110C) into the jig (10) such that core passing portions (111a) of the flat coils (110A, 110B, 110C) are extrapolated to the central protrusion (111) of the jig (10) (S212); injecting a synthetic resin into the receiving portion (E1) of the jig (10) so that the flat coils (110A, 110B, 110C) except for a terminal (112) are buried in a state in which the flat coils (110A, 110B, 110C) are inserted (S214); forming a flat coil element (100) for a transformer while forming a molding portion (120) which has a central hole (120a) and has the flat coils (110A, 110B, 110C),except for the terminal (112), therein as the injected synthetic resin is cured (S216); and extracting the flat plate coil element (100) for a transformer from the jig (10) (S218). Accordingly, the present invention can significantly reduce initial facility investment costs and lower the cost of products. 본 발명은 변압기용 평판형 코일 소자의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 평판형 코일(110A,110B,110C)이 제작되는 단계(S210)와, 수용부(E1)가 형성되어 있고 중앙에 중앙돌부(11)가형성되어 있는 지그(10)가 준비되고,상기 지그(10)의 중앙돌부(111)에 평판형 코일(110A,110B,11C)의 코어 통과부(111a)가 외삽되도록 평판형 코일(110A,110B,110C)이 지그(10)에 인서트되는 단계(S212)와, 평판형 코일(110A,110B,110C)이 인서트된 상태에서 단자(112)를 제외한 평판형 코일(110A,110B,110C)이 묻히도록 합성수지가 지그(10)의 수용부(E1)에 주입되는 단계(S214)와, 주입된 합성수지가 경화되어서, 단자(112)를 제외한 평판형 코일(110A,110B,110C)을 내장하고 있고 중앙공(120a)이 있는 몰딩부(120)가 성형되면서 변압기용 평판형 코일 소자(100)가 형성되는 단계(S216)와, 지그(10)로부터 변압기용 평판형 코일 소자(100)를 취출하는 단계(S218)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하고, 이에 의하면, 초기 설비 투자 비용을 현격하게 줄일 수 있고 제품의 원가를 낮출 수 있는 이점이 있다.
