CUTTING APPARATUS

Provided is a cutting apparatus to greatly collect cutting dust such as an end material or the like. The cutting apparatus comprises: a floor wall (75) of a cutting dust guide casing (70) receiving cutting water flowing after cutting and cutting dust from chuck tables (11, 12) maintaining a package substrate (P); a cutting dust collection box (71) receiving cutting water guided by the floor wall to flow thereinto and cutting dust to collect the cutting dust; and a cutting dust breaking means (80) formed to be arranged in a position in which cutting dust flowing from an upper portion of the floor wall falls, and breaking the cutting dust into small pieces. (해결 수단) 패키지 기판 (P) 을 유지하는 척 테이블 (11, 12) 로부터 절삭 후에 흘러 들어오는 절삭수 및 절삭 부스러기를 받아들이는 절삭 부스러기 안내 케이싱 (70) 의 바닥벽 (75) 과, 바닥벽에 의해 안내되어 유입되는 절삭수 및 절삭 부스러기를 받아들여, 절삭 부스러기를 회수하는 절삭 부스러기 회수 박스 (71) 와, 바닥벽의 상방으로부터 흐르는 절삭 부스러기가 낙하되는 위치에 배치 형성되어, 절삭 부스러기를 소편으로 절단하는 절삭 부스러기 절단 수단 (80) 을 구비하고 있다.
