Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a laser processing apparatus which comprises: a control unit; a processing unit emitting a laser beam and controlled by the control unit; and a chamber in which the laser beam emitted from the processing unit is transmitted, an internal space is maintained in a vacuum state, and a specimen welded by the laser beam can be accommodated. The processing unit comprises a laser generator generating a laser beam transmitted to the inside of the chamber through a head unit.
