Zusammenfassung: | The present invention is intended to activate the crosslinking properties of rubber, to use carbon black as a reinforcing filler, to specify the power and time of the microwave to increase the degree of crosslinking, and to increase the production speed. The rubber material is acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR); carbon black is included as a reinforcing agent; an additive is one of zinc oxide (ZnO) and stearic acid; the output of the microwave is heating to 620 W; the specific gravity of carbon black is 18; the average particle diameter is 17 to 70 nm; and the pH is 35 to 12.
본 발명은 고무의 가교특성을 살리고, 보강성 충진제로 카본블랙(Carbon Black)을 사용하며, 마이크로웨이브의 출력과 시간을 특정하여 가교도를 증가시키고, 생산속도를 증가시키고자 하는 것으로서, 고무재질은 NBR(아크릴로니트릴 부타티엔 고무)이며, 보강제로 카본 블랙(CarbonBlack)을 포함하고, 첨가제는, 산화아연(ZnO), 스테아린 산(Steraricacid) 중 어느 하나이며, 마이크로웨이브의 출력은, 620w 로 가열하고, 카본 블랙(CarbonBlack)의 비중은 18, 평균 입자경은 17~70nm, pH는 35~12인 것을 요지로 한다. |
