Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a wearable device for cardiac rehabilitation exercise and a cardiac rehabilitation exercise method using the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, the wearable device for cardiac rehabilitation exercise allows a patient to consistently monitor a heart rate of the patient through the wearable device so as to have an effect of enabling proper cardiac rehabilitation exercises regardless of locations. 본 발명은 심장재활운동을 위한 웨어러블 장치 및 이를 이용한 심장재활운동 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 심장재활운동을 위한 웨어러블 장치는, 환자가 운동시 자신의 심박수를 웨어러블 장치를 통해 지속적으로 모니터링하여 장소에 구애받지 않고 적절한 심장재활운동을 가능하게 하는 효과가 있다.
