CENTRIFUGAL PRECIPITATION APPARATUS FOR PACKAGES

The present invention relates to a manufacturing device of an LED package which can reduce a precipitation time of a fluorescent substance and ensure uniform quality. Provided is a centrifugal precipitation device of an LED package which comprises: a rotation shaft (3210) receiving rotation power; a body (3100) rotated based on the rotation shaft and formed in a cylindrical shape; and a plurality of holder units (3110) supporting both end edges of lead frames (4010) in which LED chips are arranged in an inner circumference side of the body. The body is arranged in a circumferential direction to allow the center of a width direction of an upper surface on which the LED chip of the lead frame is arranged to be toward the rotation shaft and precipitates the fluorescent substance by a centrifugal force in accordance with rotation. 본 발명은, 형광체의 침전 시간을 단축하고 품질을 균일하게 할 수 있도록 하는 LED 패키지의 제조장치에 관한 것으로서, 회전동력을 제공받는 회전축(3210)과, 상기 회전축을 중심으로 회전하며 원통 형상으로 이루어지는 바디(3100)과, 상기 바디의 내주측에서 LED칩들이 배열되는 리드프레임(4010)들의 양단 모서리를 지지하는 복수의 홀더부(3110)를 포함하며, 상기 바디는 리드프레임의 LED칩이 배열되는 상면의 폭방향 중심이 회전축을 지향하도록 원주방향으로 배열시키며 회전에 따라 원심력에 의하여 형광체가 침전되도록 하는LED 패키지의 원심 침전장치를 제공한다.
