| Zusammenfassung: | A method for preparing leaf tea is disclosed. Provided is a method for preparing leaf tea, which comprises the steps of: (a) collecting tea leaves which are raw materials of tea; (b) washing the tea leaves; (c) cutting the tea leaves; (d) drying the tea leaves; and (e) spraying water on the tea leaves and roasting the tea leaves for 20-25 minutes, and drying the tea leaves for 1-15 minutes, and repeating the process for several times.
잎차 제조방법이 개시된다. (a) 차의 원료가 되는 찻잎을 채취하는 단계; (b) 상기 찻잎을 세척하는 단계; (c) 상기 찻잎을 세절하는 단계; (d) 상기 찻잎을 건조하는 단계; (e) 상기 찻잎에 물을 분사하며 20~25분 덖고, 10~ 15분 정도 건조하는 과정을 수회 반복하는 단계를 포함하는 잎차 제조방법이 제공된다. |
