Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a shoe insole having a function of emitting heat. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a shoe insole having a function of emitting heat, in which compression and friction between a first heater member made of a steal material and a second heater member made of a magnesium alloy generate heat for keeping warm, and the generated heat for keeping warm is evenly diffused and transmitted to a whole foot of a user through a carbon sheet having an excellent heat conduction rate, thereby maximizing functionality and use efficiency. To the end, the shoe insole of the present invention comprises: a cover member having an upper surface where carbon sheets are stacked and bonded and a lower surface where first heating bodies are arranged in a plurality of arrays to be bonded in an insert molding structure of which surface is exposed; and a support member having an upper surface where second heating bodies are arranged in a plurality of arrays to be bonded in an insert molding structure of which surface is exposed, wherein the exposed surface of the first heating bodies arranged on the lower surface of the cover member comes into close contact with the exposed surface of the second heating bodies arranged on the upper surface of the support member, thereby stacking and bonding the support member and the cover member. 본 발명은 발열기능을 갖는 신발 깔창에 관한 것으로; 그 기술구현의 목적은 스틸 소재로 이루어진 제1 히터부재와, 마그네슘 합금소재로 이루어진 제2 히터부재의 가압 마찰작용에 의해 보온 열을 발생시키고, 발생 된 보온 열을 열전도율이 우수한 탄소시트에 의해 사용자의 발 전체에 고르게 확산 전달되도록 하여, 기능성과 사용효율성을 극히 증대시킬 수 있도록 한 발열기능을 갖는 신발 깔창을 제공함에 있다. 따라서, 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 구체적 수단으로는; 상부면에 탄소시트가 적층 결합되고, 하부면에 제1 발열체가 다수개의 배치 구조를 이루며 표면이 노출된 인써트 몰딩 구조로 결합한 커버부재와; 상부면에 제2 발열체가 다수개의 배치구조를 이루며 표면이 노출된 인써트 몰딩 구조로 결합한 받침부재를 형성하고; 상기 받침부재 상부면으로 배치 결합된 제2 발열체의 노출된 표면에 커버부재 하부면으로 배치 결합된 제1 발열체의 노출된 표면을 밀착시키는 구조로, 받침부재와 커버부재를 적층결합시켜 구성함으로써, 달성한다.
