Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a technology related to the molding of a synthetic resin board to obtain the finished product of a container flooring material, in which a bending is not generated during use, through manufacturing processes of: obtaining a central board of 18 ± 2 mm from a first extruder by reducing the weight of the central board filled in the central part of a flooring material in the first extruder with mixed raw materials such as waste resin and sawdust, and obtaining an intermediate product as a primary extruded product through a sufficient internal process; and when the central board obtained in the first step is introduced as the intermediate product to the center of a second extruder and newly produced resin is supplied from both sides of the outer edge of the central board introduced into the second extruder, extruding the newly produced resin at the thickness of 5 ± 1 mm and wrapping the outer edge of the central board with the newly produced resin to extrude the same into a standard product, of which the overall thickness of the container flooring material is 28 ± 2 mm. The container flooring material for freight of the present invention forms a standard product of the thickness of 28 ± 2 mm as a container flooring material for export. According to the container flooring material for export, a central board of the container flooring material for freight of the thickness of 18 ± 2 mm is obtained from a first extruder by using raw materials in which wood powder and waste resin to be recycled are mixed, the central board is introduced to the center of a second extruder, newly produced resin at the thickness of 5 ± 1 mm is extruded from both sides of the outer edge of the central board and the outer edge of the central board is wrapped with the newly produced resin to be provided as a standard product of the thickness of 28 ± 2 mm. 본원은 제1압출기에서 바닥재의 중심부에 충진되는 중심판재를 폐수지와 톱밥 등의 혼합원료를 사용하여 경량화를 도모하여 제1압출기로부터 18±2㎜ 두께의 중심판재를 얻고 충분한 내각공정을 거쳐 1차 압출물품으로 중간제품을 얻고, 제2압출기의 중심부로 상기 제1단계에서 얻은 중심판재가 중간제품으로 유입되고 제2압출기로 유입된 중심판재 외연의 양쪽에서 신제수지가 공급될 때 신제수지가 5±1㎜ 두께로 압출되며 중심판재의 외연을 신제수지로 감싸 콘테이너 바닥재의 전체두께가 28±2㎜ 두께의 규격품으로 압출시키는 제조공정을 통하여 사용과정 중 휨 현상이 발생하지 않는 컨테이너 바닥재 완성품을 얻는 합성수지 판재의 성형관련 기술이다. 본원은 수출용 콘테이너 바닥재로 28±2㎜ 두께의 규격품을 이루는 화물용 콘테이너 바닥재로써 제1압출기로부터 재활용대상 폐 수지와 목분이 혼합된 원료를 이용하여 18±2㎜ 두께의 화물용 콘테이너 바닥재의 중심판재를 얻은 후 제2압출기의 중심부로 중심판재가 유입되고 중심판재 외연 양쪽에서 신제수지가 5±1㎜ 두께로 압출되며 중심판재의 외연을 신제수지로 감싸 28±2㎜ 두께의 규격품으로 제공되는 수출용 콘테이너 바닥재를 특징으로 한다.
