The present invention provides the method for manufacturing 3-hydroxypropionic acid in extracting 3-hydroxypropionic acid from the culture, which can minimize the exposure to the strongly acidified fermentation broth due to the essential acid treatment. 본 발명에 따른 3-하이드록시프로피온산의 제조 방법은, 배양액으로부터 3-하이드록시프로피온산을 추출함에 있어, 필수적인 산 처리로 인한 강산성화된 발효액에 노출되는 공정을 최소화할 수 있다는 효과가 있다.
