SUBSTRATE PROCESSING APPARATUS CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE

The present invention provides a configuration for acquiring accurate closed time of a pressure control valve. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a substrate processing apparatus comprises: a controller to process a substrate by executing a process recipe for forming a film on a substrate by supplying at least raw material gas to a processing chamber; and a pressure controller to control an opening degree of a pressure control valve based on a pressure value detected by a pressure sensor for detecting the pressure of the processing chamber. The pressure controller includes a memory area where data acquired from the pressure sensor and the pressure control valve are accumulated, and is configured to measure valve full-close time until the pressure control valve executing the process recipe is fully closed to retain the valve full-close time in the memory area.
