Provided is an apparatus for supplying an emergency ladder for a vessel, which minimizes losses of life by enabling quick emergency escape of passengers by using an emergency ladder supplied to the inside of a cabin when an accident occurs in a vessel. The apparatus comprises: an emergency door portion having one end hinged to one side of the edge of a doorway such that the doorway of the cabin can be selectively opened and closed, provided to be pivoted to the inside of the cabin, and having an accommodation space therein; a cover portion provided such that the accommodation space of the emergency door portion can be opened and closed, and having one end hinged to an opening-side edge of the accommodation space; an emergency ladder portion including vertical connection portions made of a flexible material and having one end received in the accommodation space in a fixed state, and a horizontal connection portion connected to the vertical connection portions to function as a foothold portion for emergency escape; and a lock means provided in the emergency door portion to selectively lock and unlock the cover portion. 선박의 사고 발생시 선실 내부에 공급되는 비상사다리를 이용하여 탑승자의 신속한 비상탈출이 가능함에 따라 인명 피해가 최소화되도록, 본 발명은 선실의 출입구가 선택적으로 개폐되도록 상기 출입구의 테두리 일측에 일단부가 힌지 연결되되 상기 선실의 내측으로 회동되도록 구비되며 내부에 수용공간이 형성된 비상도어부; 상기 비상도어부의 수용공간이 개폐되도록 구비되며 일단부가 상기 수용공간의 개구측 테두리에 힌지 연결되는 덮개부; 상기 수용공간의 내부에 일단부가 고정된 상태로 수용되도록 가요성 재질의 수직연결부와, 상기 수직연결부에 연결되어 비상탈출을 위한 디딤부로 기능하는 수평연결부를 포함하는 비상사다리부; 및 상기 비상도어부의 내부에 구비되며 상기 덮개부를 선택적으로 잠금 및 해제하는 잠금수단을 포함하는 선박용 비상사다리 공급장치를 제공한다.
