Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a nanoparticle coated with a glycyrrhizin-glycol chitosan conjugate, islet cells for transplantation manufactured by using the same, and an MRI contrast composition comprising the same. When transplanting islet cells comprising the nanoparticle, it is possible to provide islet cells for transplantation which can inhibit immune responses after transplantation, transplant islet cells to a specific site by magnetic force induction, and be traced by MRI.
본 발명은 글리시리진-글리콜 키토산 컨쥬게이트로 코팅된 나노입자, 이를 사용하여 제조된 이식용 췌도세포 및 이를 포함하는 MRI 조영용 조성물에 관한 것으로 상기 나노입자를 포함하는 췌도세포를 이식하면 이식 후 면역반응을 억제할 수 있고, 자기력 유도에 의해 특정 부위에 췌도세포 이식이 가능하며, MRI로 추적이 가능한 이식용 췌도세포를 제공할 수 있다. |
