Plasma processing equipment

Provided is a plasma processing apparatus. The plasma processing apparatus comprises: a chuck stage having a wafer supported on an upper surface thereof and including a lower electrode; an upper electrode disposed on the chuck stage; an alternating current power source applying first to third signals having frequencies of different magnitudes to the upper electrode or the lower electrode; a dielectric ring surrounding the chuck stage; an edge electrode located inside the dielectric ring; and a resonance circuit connected to the edge electrode.
