| Zusammenfassung: | A system for analyzing a three-dimensional dose distribution of a particle beam comprises a particle beam irradiation part for irradiating a unit particle beam in a Z-axis direction to an object, a beam position measuring part for measuring the two-dimensional position information of the unit particle beam in an XY plane perpendicular to the Z-axis, a beam path measuring part for measuring a beam path which is a distance traveled by the unit particle beam in the object in the Z-axis direction, and a dose distribution calculation part for calculating a three-dimensional unit dose distribution in which the unit particle beam is irradiated in the object by using the beam path of the unit particle beam and the two-dimensional position information of the unit particle beam. Therefore, the present invention is capable of securing safety of the object by blocking the object from being irradiated with an excessive dose of the particle beam.
