HOT WIRE DEVICE HAVING PRESSING TYPE ELECTRODE

The present invention relates to a heating wire apparatus and more specifically, to a heating wire apparatus having a compressed electrode, which is compressed to allow a plurality of wires to be in contact with each other at a side surface thereof. The heating wire apparatus of the present invention comprises: a heating wire for generating heat when power is applied; a compressed electrode provided on one surface of a heating wire to supply power to the heating wire, and having a plurality of wires being in contact with each other at a side surface to be compressed; and a control unit for applying power to the compressed electrode. Therefore, a contact area with the heating wire can be increased by having the compressed electrode. In addition, the compressed electrode being in surface contact with the heating wire is provided to increase the contact area of the heating wire and the compressed electrode, thereby increasing safety and operation durability, such as an increase in the tolerant current amount. Also, a heating area can be increased by removing a separation distance between the wires by compression. Furthermore, the number of wires can be reduced by having the compressed electrode to concentrate the wires, thereby reducing manufacturing time. 본 발명은 열선 장치에 대한 것으로서, 특히 다수의 배선이 측면에서 접하도록 압착된 압착 전극을 구비한 열선 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 전원을 인가받으면 열을 발생시키는 열선과, 열선의 일면에 구비되어 열선에 전원을 공급하되 다수의 배선이 측면에서 접하여 압착된 압착 전극, 및 압착 전극에 전원을 인가하는 제어부를 포함한다. 이에 따라, 본 발명은 압착 전극을 구비하여 열선과의 접촉면적을 증가시킬 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 열선과 면접촉하는 압착 전극을 구비하여, 열선과 압착 전극의 접촉면적을 증가시킴으로써 허용 전류량을 증대하는 등의 안전성과 동작 내구성을 증대시킬 수 있다. 본 발명은 다수의 배선을 압착에 의해 서로 간의 이격 거리를 제거하여 발열 면적을 증가시킬 수 있다. 본 발명은 다수의 배선이 집중되도록 압착 전극을 구비하여 배선을 개수를 감소시킬 수 있으며, 이에 따라 제조 시간을 감소시킬 수 있다.
