Zusammenfassung:A robot system can comprise: a robot arm tilting a frying net in a first direction or tilting or lifting the frying net in a second direction different from the first direction; and a controller for performing a debris removing mode in which the robot arm moves and rotates the frying net to a set debris removing path which filters debris inside a fryer. Therefore, the present invention is capable of safely and reliably processing debris inside the fryer. 로봇 시스템은 튀김망을 제1방향으로 틸팅시키거나 제1방향과 상이한 제2방향으로 틸팅시키거나 승강시키는 로봇 팔과; 로봇 팔이 튀김망을 튀김기 내부의 찌꺼기를 거르는 설정 찌꺼기 제거 경로로 이동 및 회전시키는 찌거기 제거 모드를 실시하는 컨트롤러를 포함할 수 있다.
