Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting and treating metastatic colorectal cancer containing gallotannin as an active component. More specifically, the present invention relates to the pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting and treating metastatic colorectal cancer which, in CT26 cells, which are mouse-derived metastatic colorectal cancer cell lines, induces apoptosis, has an effect of inhibiting metastatic capacity such as mesenchymal-mesenchymal transition, mobility, and invasiveness, and thus inhibits metastasis to the lung in a mouse model of colorectal cancer metastasis. 본 발명은 갈로탄닌을 유효성분으로 한 전이성 대장암 억제 및 치료용 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 마우스 유래 전이성 대장암 세포주인 CT26 세포에 있어서, 세포자멸사를 유도하고, 상엽-간엽 전환, 이동성 및 침윤성 같은 전이능력을 억제하는 효능을 보유하며, 대장암 전이 마우스 모델에서 폐로의 전이를 억제하는 전이성 대장암의 억제 및 치료용 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다.
