Zusammenfassung:According to the present invention, a fiber fabric, from which far infrared rays are emitted, is manufactured by a method which comprises: a first process in which an appropriate amount of acid is added to an alkaline germanium solution of pH 9-10, prepared by dissolving germanium dioxide powder in an alkaline solution, to convert the germanium solution into a slightly acid germanium solution of pH 5-7, wherein undissolved solids are filtered out with a filter so as to prepare a pure slightly acid mixed solution; a second process in which 30-50% of the slightly acid mixed solution is mixed with 50-70% of an aqueous binder solution so as to prepare an undiluted adhesive germanium solution; a third step in which 3-10% of the undiluted germanium solution is diluted in clean water at a temperature of 40-50°C and added with 3-5% of an antistatic agent so as to prepare a germanium mixed diluted solution; and a fourth step in which a fiber fabric having the diluted solution infiltrated thereinto by immersion and coating processes is dried while being transferred through an electric heater thermal kiln set at a temperature of 80-130°C. The fiber fabric manufactured by the present invention is configured to maintain softness like an original fiber fabric. Unlike a conventional fiber fabric using powder type germanium, the fiber fabric of the present invention is not stiff caused by protruding concave-convex parts or coated films but soft, and is configured to emit far infrared rays having an emissivity of 0.9 or more. 본 발명에 따른 원적외선이 방출되는 섬유원단은 이산화 게르마늄 분말을 알칼리 액으로 용해하여 만들어진 ph 9~10의 알카리성 게르마늄 용액이 ph 5~7 정도의 약산성으로 전환되도록 산을 적정량 혼합하고, 용해되지 아니한 고형물을 필터로 여과하여 순수한 약산성 혼합용액을 만드는 제 1공정, 상기 약산성 혼합용액 30~50%에 수용성 바인더액 50~70%의 비율로 혼합한 후 접착성 게르마늄 원액을 완성하는 제2공정, 상기 게르마늄 원액을 3~10%로 하여 40~50℃ 정도의 깨끗한 물에 희석하고, 정전기방지제 3~5%를 혼합하여 게르마늄 혼합 희석액을 완성하는 제3공정, 희석액을 침수, 도포작업으로 내부로 침투시킨 섬유원단을 80~130℃로 설정된 전기히터 열가마를 경유하면서 건조되는 제4공정을 통하여 제조된다. 본 발명으로 제조되는 섬유원단은 원래의 섬유원단과 같은 부드럼움을 유지한다. 기존의 분말형 게르마늄을 사용한 섬유원단과는 달리 요철 돌출이나 코팅피막으로 인한 뻣뻣함이 없이 부드러우며, 0.9이상의 원적외선을 방출한다.
