Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an emergency lighting system with a self-diagnostic function for a railway vehicle. According to the present invention, the emergency lighting system with a self-diagnostic function for a railway vehicle comprises: an external power sensing unit (125); a power switching unit (115) to switch external power inputted in accordance with a switching control signal inputted from a control unit (120) to an LED module (130) or switch supply of power of a charging battery (150) to the LED module (130); the LED module (130); the charging battery (150); the control unit (120) to switch power of the charging battery (150) to be supplied to the LED module (130) if external power is not inputted; and an operator computer (200). A reference voltage increase change value is stored in the control unit (120). The control unit (120) calculates a voltage increase change value of the charging battery (150) while a railway vehicle runs and transmits the calculated voltage increase change value to the operator computer (200). The operator computer (200) calculates the remaining life of the charging battery based on the voltage increase change value while running received from the control unit (120). Accordingly, the life of the charging battery can be predicted. 본 발명은 자가진단기능이 구비된 철도차량용 비상조명 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면, 외부전원 감지부(125)와, 제어부(120)로부터 입력되는 스위칭 제어신호에 따라서 입력되는 외부전력을 LED모듈(130)로 스위칭하거나 또는 충전배터리(150) 전원 공급을 LED모듈(130)로 스위칭하는 전원 스위칭부(115)와, LED모듈(130)과, 충전배터리(150)와, 외부 전원이 입력되지 않는 경우에는 충전배터리(150)의 전원이 LED모듈(130)로 공급되도록 스위칭하는 제어부(120)와, 운영자 컴퓨터(200)를 포함하여 구성되되, 제어부(120)에 기준 전압상승변화값이 저장되어 있고, 제어부(120)는 철도차량이 운행되는 동안 충전배터리(150)의 전압상승변화값을 산출하고, 산출한 전압상승변화값을 상기 운영자 컴퓨터(200)로 전송하며, 운영자 컴퓨터(200)는 제어부(120)로부터 수신한 운행 중의 전압상승변화값에 기초하여서 충전배터리의 잔류 수명을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이에 의하면, 충전배터리의 수명을 예측할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
