Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a novel virus particle, vaccine composition for diseases caused by porcine circovirus 3, and method of manufacturing the same. When using the PCV3 ORF2 according to the present invention, it is possible to effectively produce virus-like particles in insect or E. coli cells, and the virus-like particles have the effect of increasing the antibody titer against porcine circovirus 3, and thus can be used in various fields in the prevention of diseases caused by porcine circovirus 3. 본 발명은 신규한 바이러스 입자, 이를 포함하는 돼지 써코바이러스 3에 의한 질환에 대한 백신 조성물, 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 PCV3 ORF2를 이용하는 경우 곤충 또는 대장균 세포에서 바이러스 유사 입자를 효과적으로 생산할 수 있고, 상기 바이러스 유사 입자는 돼지 써코바이러스 3에 대한 항체가를 증가시키는 효과를 가지는바, 돼지 써코바이러스 3에 의한 질환 예방 분야에서 다양하게 활용할 수 있다.
