Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are a micelle for including air bubbles for carrying a drug and a method for making the same. The micelle formed by the present invention includes microbubbles formed by a liquefied inactive gas being gasified by radiating an ultrasonic wave on a solution in which the liquefied inactive gas and the drug for treating diseases are mixed, includes microbubbles as a cavity inside, and is formed in a unit structure surrounded by a shell to deliver the drug to a human body. Therefore, micelle can not only deliver a greater amount of the drug, but also can protect a material of the drug delivered to the human body, thereby being able to be usefully applied in various diseases. 약물 전달을 위해 기포를 포함하는 미셀 및 이를 제조하는 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따라 형성된 미셀(micelle)은 액화된 불활성 기체와 질병 치료를 위한 약물이 혼합된 용액에 초음파를 조사함에 따라 액화된 불활성 기체가 기화되어 형성되는 미소 기포(microbubble)를 포함하며, 미소 기포를 공동(cavity)으로 내부에 포함하고 막(shell)에 의해 둘러싸인 단위 구조로 형성되어 약물을 인체에 전달한다. 따라서, 기존보다 많은 양의 약물을 전달할 수 있을뿐만 아니라 인체에 전달되는 약물의 물질을 보호할 수 있으며 다양한 질병의 치료에 용이하게 적용할 수 있다.
