Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting and treating metastatic colorectal cancer containing a Rhus javanica extract as an active component. More specifically, the present invention relates to the pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting and treating metastatic colorectal cancer which induces apoptosis in CT26 cells, a mouse-derived metastatic colorectal cancer cell line, has an effect of inhibiting metastatic capacity such as lobus-lobe conversion, mobility, and infiltrative properties, and inhibits metastasis from a colorectal cancer metastatic mouse model to lungs. 본 발명은 오배자 추출물을 유효성분으로 한 전이성 대장암 억제 및 치료용 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 마우스 유래 전이성 대장암 세포주인 CT26 세포에 있어서, 세포자멸사를 유도하고, 상엽-간엽 전환, 이동성 및 침윤성 같은 전이능력을 억제하는 효능을 보유하며, 대장암 전이 마우스 모델에서 폐로의 전이를 억제하는 전이성 대장암의 억제 및 치료용 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다.
