Fabrication Method of Spherical Metal Particles

According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing a spherical metal particle comprises: a) a step of manufacturing a mixture of raw powder including metal powder and water soluble inorganic salt powder; b) a step of heat-treating the mixture to a temperature at which the raw powder is melted and the inorganic salt is maintained at a solid phase in a pressurized inert atmosphere to obtain a heat treated mixture; and c) a step of washing the heat-treated mixture to dissolve and remove the inorganic salt and to recover the spherical metal particle. Therefore, the present invention is capable of mass producing the spherical metal particle in a simple process at low cost. 본 발명에 따른 구형 금속 입자의 제조방법은 a) 금속 분말을 포함하는 원료 분말과 수 용해성 무기염 분말의 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; b) 상기 혼합물을 가압 불활성 분위기에서, 상기 원료 분말이 용융되며 상기 무기염은 고상을 유지하는 온도로 열처리하여 열처리된 혼합물을 수득하는 단계; 및 c) 상기 열처리된 혼합물을 수세하여 무기염을 용해 제거하고 구형의 금속 입자를 회수하는 단계;를 포함한다.
