Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a coenzyme recovery method or a coenzyme separation method, comprising a step of administering an adsorbent comprising an inorganic material or an organic-inorganic composite material to a sample containing a coenzyme to form an adsorbate having the coenzyme adsorbed on the adsorbent; and a step of adjusting the pH of the adsorbate to 11 or higher to desorb the coenzyme from the adsorbate. 조효소를 포함하는 시료에 무기 소재 또는 유무기 복합 소재를 포함하는 흡착제를 투여하여 상기 흡착제에 조효소가 흡착된 흡착물을 형성시키는 단계; 및 상기 흡착물의 pH를 11 이상으로 조절하여 상기 흡착물로부터 조효소를 탈착시키는 단계를 포함하는, 조효소 분리 방법 또는 조효소 회수 방법을 제공한다.
