Zusammenfassung:In an in vitro diagnosis method using a fluorescence time constant and an in vitro diagnosis system for the same, the in vitro diagnosis system comprises: a light source part for irradiating light onto a sample; a marking part for marking a biomarker on the fluorescence material expressed in the sample; an optical detecting part wherein the fluorescence material performs a fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) reaction and converts the generated fluorescence signal into an electrical signal; a data acquisition part for collecting the electrical signal; a processing part for measuring the fluorescence time constant of the fluorescence material changed by the fluorescence resonance energy transfer reaction; and an extracting part for quantifying a concentration of the biomarker from the measured fluorescence time constant.
