Zusammenfassung:According to an embodiment of the present invention, a user proximity detecting device comprises: a receiving unit receiving a signal of a target frequency band; an inference data generating unit measuring intensity of the signal received through the receiving unit, and generating inference data based on the measured intensity of the signal; and a proximity detecting unit determining proximity of a human body by inputting the inference data to a human body proximity inference machine learning model. The target frequency band is selected in a broadcasting frequency band. According to an embodiment of the present invention, at least one among an automatic driving vehicle, a user terminal, and a server can be associated or fused with an artificial intelligence module, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), a robot, an augmented reality (AR) device, a virtual reality (VR) device, and a device related to a 5G service.
