Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an electric vehicle charging device and an electric vehicle charging method. The electric vehicle charging device comprises: a power conversion unit for receiving AC power and converting the same into DC power; a plurality of charging cables connected to a vehicle; a switch unit switched to selectively supply the power supplied from the power conversion unit to the plurality of charging cables; and a control unit for controlling the switch unit, wherein the control unit controls the switch unit to sequentially supply pulse power to the charging cables connected to the vehicle. 본 발명은 전기자동차 충전 장치 및 충전 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 교류 전력을 수신하여 직류 전력으로 변환하는 전력변환부, 차량과 연결되는 복수의 충전 케이블, 전력변환부에서 공급되는 전력을 복수의 충전 케이블에 선택적으로 공급하도록 스위칭되는 스위치부 및 스위치부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하되, 제어부는 차량과 연결된 충전 케이블들에 순차적으로 펄스 전력이 공급되도록 스위치부를 제어하도록 한다.
