Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a conductor connection structure of a power cable which reduces a working time of a conductor connection work, minimizes a deviation of quality of the connection work, and minimizes a cost of the connection work of the power cable, and a power cable conductor connection device thereof. The conductor connection structure of a power cable comprises: a pair of conductor units of cables; a pipe-shaped sleeve member having a plurality of coupling holes; a plurality of conductor particles for electrically connecting the pair of conductor units; at least one current carrying bolt coupled to the coupling hole of the sleeve member; and a fixing bolt coupled to the coupling hole of the sleeve member. 본 발명은 도체 접속작업의 작업시간을 줄이고 접속작업의 품질의 편차를 최소화하여, 전력 케이블의 접속작업의 비용을 최소화할 수 있는 전력 케이블의 도체 접속구조 및 전력 케이블 도체 접속장치에 관한 것이다.
