Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a broccoli sprout with increased growth rate and sulforaphane content and a method for producing the same, the method comprising (A) a step of germinating broccoli seeds under water containing lava seawater; and (B) a step of supplying the water containing lava seawater to the germinated broccoli seeds. The present invention thus can significantly improve the content of sulforaphane compared to the same amount of raw material and improve the yield by increasing the growth rate of broccoli sprouts.
