Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a signal transmission device of an FMCW radar and a method thereof. According to one embodiment of the present application, a signal transmission method of an FMCW radar comprises the steps of: (a) generating a baseband signal having an initial bandwidth; and (b) transmitting a signal having a bandwidth wider than the initial bandwidth, by using a frequency channel change oscillator and a mixer to repeatedly perform an operation of shifting a frequency of the baseband signal to an RF band to transmit the RF band with respect to each of predetermined channels. FMCW 레이더의 신호 송신 장치 및 방법이 개시되고, 본원의 일 실시예에 따른 FMCW 레이더의 신호 송신 방법은, (a) 초기 대역폭을 갖는 기저대역 신호를 생성하는 단계 및 (b) 주파수 채널 변경 오실레이터와 믹서를 이용하여, 상기 기저대역 신호의 주파수를 RF대역으로 시프트하여 송신하는 동작을 미리 설정된 채널 각각에 대하여 반복 수행함으로써, 상기 초기 대역폭보다 넓은 와이드 대역폭을 갖는 신호를 송신하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
