Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a device for measuring and tuning high frequency properties of a high frequency accelerator cell, comprising: a first and a second boundary condition jig arranged to be respectively overlapped in the thickness direction on the upper part and the lower part while having the accelerator cell therebetween; a pressurizing unit pressurizing the boundary condition jigs in the thickness direction; a measuring unit connected with a probe, penetrating the probe to the secondary boundary condition jig and the accelerator cell and measuring high frequency properties of the accelerator cell; a tuner tuned to show high frequency properties in which both sides of the accelerator cell are respectively fastened; a tuning jig supporting the tuner; and a probe holder fixing the probe. 본 발명은 고주파 가속관 셀용 고주파 특성 측정 및 튜닝 장치에 관한 것으로서, 가속관 셀을 가운데 두고 상부와 하부에 두께방향으로 각각 중첩되게 배치되는 제1 및 제2경계조건용 지그; 상기 경계조건용 지그를 상기 두께방향으로 가압하는 가압부; 프로브와 연결되고, 상기 프로브를 상기 제2경계조건용 지그와 가속관 셀로 관통 삽입하여 상기 가속관 셀의 고주파 특성을 측정하는 측정부; 상기 가속관 셀의 양측을 각각 조임으로 설계한 고주파 특성이 나오도록 튜닝하는 튜너; 상기 튜너를 지지하는 튜닝용 지그; 및 상기 프로브를 고정하는 프로브 홀더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
