Zusammenfassung:	According to an embodiment of the present invention, a converting apparatus for reducing harmonic electromagnetic interference (EMI) may comprise: a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO); an N-divider in a fractional-N structure connected with the VCO; a phase frequency detector (PFD) connected to the N-divider; and a power stage in a wall converter structure connected with the PFD. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 고조파 EMI 감소를 위한 컨버팅 장치는, 전압 제어 발진기(Voltage Controlled Oscillator: VCO), 전압 제어 발진기와 연결된 프렉셔널(Fractional)-N 구조의 N-분주기(N-Divider), N-분주기와 연결된 위상 주파수 검출부(Phase Frequency Detector: PFD) 및 PFD와 연결된 벅 컨버터 구조의 파워 스테이지(power stage)가 포함할 수 있다.
