Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a composition effective in atopy dermatitis using an extract of Careya arborea, which inhibits the expression of MDC and TARC in HaCaT cells, human keratinocyte cell line treated with INF-y and TNF-a, lowers a SCORAD index in an animal model in which atopic dermatitis is induced by dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB), and lowers a blood concentration of IgE. 본 발명은 INF-γ와 TNF-α로 처리된 인간각질형성세포주인 HaCaT 세포에서 MDC 및 TARC의 발현을 억제하고, DNCB(dintrochlorobenzene)로 아토피 피부염이 유발된 동물모델에서 아토피 중증도 지수(SCORAD index)를 낮추고 혈중 IgE의 농도를 낮추는 등 아토피 피부염에 유효한 카레야 아르보레아 추출물을 개시한다.
