Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to: a rubber composition for tire tread which contains 100 parts by weight of a raw material rubber, 50 to 150 parts by weight of a reinforcing filler, 2 to 50 parts by weight of vegetable oil; and 2 to 30 parts by weight of a liquid polymer containing 10 to 90 mol% double bond in a main chain, thereby increasing adhesion to wet roads and ice and snow roads and increasing a lifespan by preventing oil movement, and a winter tire manufactured by using the same. 본 발명은 원료고무 100 중량부, 보강성 충진제 50 내지 150 중량부, 식물성 오일 2 내지 50 중량부, 및 주쇄에 10 내지 90 몰%의 이중결합을 포함하는 액상고분자 2 내지 30 중량부를 포함함으로써 젖은 노면 및 빙설 노면과의 접지력이 향상되고, 오일 이동을 방지하여 수명이 향상된 타이어 트레드용 고무 조성물 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 윈터 타이어에 관한 것이다.
