Zusammenfassung:	A transparent display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a transparent liquid crystal panel; and a control part configured to adjust the brightness of an image displayed on the transparent liquid crystal panel, and the transmittance of light emitted to the transparent liquid crystal panel. The transparent liquid crystal panel is disposed on a back side, and includes a light guide plate integrally manufactured with an LED bar provided along an edge line. It is possible to implement side backlight by using the LED bar. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 투명 디스플레이 장치는 투명 액정패널; 및 상기 투명 액정패널에서 표시되는 영상의 밝기 및 상기 투명 액정패널에 조사된 빛의 투과도를 조절하는 제어부를 포함하고, 상기 투명 액정패널은 배면에 배치되어, 엣지 라인을 따라 구비된 LED 바와 일체형으로 제작된 도광판을 포함한다.
