More particularly, the present invention relates to a binding molecule which has a superior ability to bind to the S protein of MERS-CoV and a neutralizing effect on MERS-CoV and is very useful in preventing, treating, or diagnosing MERS-CoV infection. 본 발명은 중동호흡기증후군 코로나바이러스(Middle East Respiratory Syndrome-Coronavirus, MERS-CoV)에 중화 활성을 갖는 결합 분자에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로는, MERS-CoV의 S 단백질에 대한 우수한 결합 능력을 가지며 MERS-CoV에 중화 효과를 갖는 결합 분자에 관한 것으로, MERS-CoV 감염에 대한 예방, 치료 또는 진단에 매우 유용하다.
