Semiconductor device including transmitter for reducing or preventing degradation of output drive circuit

Provided is a semiconductor device including transmission units preventing degradation of an output drive circuit. The transmission units transmitting read strobe signal pairs comprise: a main output drive circuit outputting a read strobe signal pairs toggling to falling and rising edges during a read operation for outputting data; and a big-term output drive circuit outputting a complementary read strobe signal of logic high and a read strobe signal of logic low during a non-read operation.
