Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for analyzing LC-MS/MS spectrum data of natural products. A system for analyzing LC-MS/MS spectrum data of natural products comprises: a database in which natural product information including compound information and the LC-MS/MS spectrum data for 230,000 or more natural products using an LC-MS/MS method is stored; and a server which provides the natural product information corresponding to natural product search information received by searching the database using the natural product search information such as the LC-MS/MS spectrum data inputted from a user, a text related to the natural products, and the like as search conditions. 본 발명은 LC-MS/MS 방법에 의한 230,000개 이상의 천연물에 대한 컴파운드 정보 및 LC-MS/MS 스펙트럼 데이터를 포함하는 천연물 정보가 저장되어 있는 데이터베이스와 사용자로부터 입력받은 LC-MS/MS 스펙트럼 데이터, 천연물 관련 텍스트 등의 천연물 검색 정보를 검색 조건으로 하여 상기 데이터베이스를 검색하여 입력받은 천연물 검색 정보에 대응되는 천연물 정보를 사용자에게 제공하는 서버를 포함하는 천연물에 대한 LC-MS/MS 스펙트럼 데이터를 분석하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
