Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a VOC treating system and a ship. The VOC treating system includes: an oil storage tank loading oil; a gas fuel storage tank storing gas fuel; a mixer mixing a VOC generated in the oil storage tank with the gas fuel and supplying the same to an engine mounted on the ship; and a CO_2 absorber removing CO_2 from the VOC and transferring the same to the mixer, thereby being possible to improve processing efficiency. 본 발명은 VOC 처리 시스템 및 선박에 관한 것으로서, 오일을 적재하는 오일 저장탱크; 가스연료를 저장하는 가스연료 저장탱크; 상기 오일 저장탱크에서 발생하는 VOC를 가스연료와 혼합하여 선박에 탑재되는 엔진에 공급하는 혼합기; 및 상기 VOC에서 CO2를 제거하여 상기 혼합기로 전달하는 CO2 흡착기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
