Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a VOC treating system and a ship. The VOC treating system includes: an oil storage tank loading oil; a VOC pump pressurizing a VOC generated in the oil storage tank; and a VOC injector returning the pressurized VOC into the oil storage tank, wherein the VOC injector injects the pressurized VOC into the oil storage tank in a spray type so that the injected VOC is cooled by decompression to lower temperature of the oil. 본 발명은 VOC 처리 시스템 및 선박에 관한 것으로서, 오일을 적재하는 오일 저장탱크; 상기 오일 저장탱크에서 발생하는 VOC를 가압하는 VOC 펌프; 및 가압된 VOC를 상기 오일 저장탱크 내에 리턴하는 VOC 분사기를 포함하며, 상기 VOC 분사기는, 가압된 VOC를 상기 오일 저장탱크 내부에 분무 형태로 분사하여, 분사된 VOC가 감압에 의해 냉각되어 상기 오일의 온도를 낮추도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
