Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to surface repeating structure implementation dextran nanogels that binds to a pattern recognition RIG-1 like receptor. Dextran nanoparticles of the present invention has little toxicity and side effects, has long-term stability, and also mediates innate immune activation through a RIG-1 like receptor (RLR), a pattern recognition receptor, thereby having an effect of inhibiting proliferation of various viruses. Therefore, dextran nanoparticles can be usefully used for a pharmaceutical composition, a food composition or a feed composition for innate immunity promotion or anti-virus. 본 발명은 패턴인식 RIG-1 유사 수용체와 결합하는 표면 반복구조 구현 덱스트란 나노젤에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 덱스트란 나노입자는 독성 및 부작용이 거의 없고 장기간 안정성을 지니며, 또한, 패턴인식수용체인 RIG-1 유사 수용체 (RIG-1 like receptor, RLR)를 통해 선천성 면역 활성화를 매개하고, 이에따라 다양한 바이러스의 증식을 억제할 수 있는 효과가 있어, 선천면역 증진 또는 항바이러스용 약학적 조성물, 식품 조성물 또는 사료 조성물 등에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
