Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a placenta-on-a-chip which embodies a toxemia of pregnancy environment. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for screening a drug for preventing or treating toxemia of pregnancy using the placenta-on-a-chip. The placenta-on-a-chip according to the present invention realizes the toxemia of pregnancy environment by controlling causative factors of disease within the chip, the placenta-on-a-chip can replace a research sample for the study of toxemia of pregnancy and can be utilized for drug screening and testing for treatment of toxemia of pregnancy. 본 발명은 임신중독증 환경을 구현한 태반 모사 장기칩에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 상기 태반 모사 장기칩을 이용하여 임신중독증 예방 또는 치료용 약물을 스크리닝하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 태반 모사 장기칩은 질병의 원인 요소를 칩 내에서 제어하여 임신중독증 환경을 구현 하였는바, 임신중독증 연구를 위한 연구 샘플을 대체할 수 있으며, 임신중독증 치료를 위한 약물 스크리닝 및 테스트에 활용할 수 있다.
