Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are an air lubrication apparatus and a ship having the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the air lubrication apparatus includes: a compressed air generation unit generating first compressed air; a turbo charger generating second compressed air supplied to an engine; a spray unit supplied with the first compressed air or the second compressed air to spray the same to the bottom surface of a hull; and a control unit controlling the apparatus to be operated in a first mode in which the only first compressed air is supplied to the spray unit or a second mode in which a part of the second compressed air is supplied to the spray unit. 공기윤활장치 및 이를 포함하는 선박이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 공기윤활장치는 제 1 압축공기를 생성하는 압축공기 생성부; 엔진으로 공급되는 제 2 압축공기를 생성하는 터보차저; 상기 제 1 압축공기 또는 상기 제 2 압축공기를 공급받아 선체의 선저면으로 분사하는 분사부; 및 상기 제 1 압축공기만이 상기 분사부로 공급되는 제 1 모드 또는 상기 제 2 압축공기의 일부만이 상기 분사부로 공급되는 제 2 모드로 동작하도록 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
