Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a composite particle analysis method, a composite particle dispersion analysis method, and a composite particle dispersion analysis system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the composite particle analysis method comprises: a step of photographing a tissue image of a composite with sub-members including a particle and a defect, which are dispersed and placed; a step of extracting a gray scale information from the tissue image photographed by the step of photographing the tissue image of the composite, to automatically threshold based on the size of the gray scale value obtained from the gray scale information, and to distinguish the sub-member image from the tissue image; and a step of using the gray scale information of the boundary area and the central area of the sub-member distinguished from the tissue image to analyze the tissue image and to distinguish the particle placed in the composite. The present invention aims to provide the composite particle analysis method, the composite particle dispersion analysis method, and the composite particle dispersion analysis system, which are able to distinguish only particles from other defects, openings, and impurities in a composite. 본 발명은 복합재 입자 분석방법, 복합재 입자 분산도 분석방법 및 복합재 입자 분산도 분석 시스템 에 관한 것이고, 본 발명의 실시 예를 따르는 복합재 입자 분석방법은 입자 및 결함을 포함하는 부(附)부재가 분산되어 배치된 복합재의 조직이미지를 촬영하는 단계; 상기 복합재의 조직이미지를 촬영하는 단계에서 촬영된 상기 조직이미지로부터 그레이스케일 정보를 추출하고, 상기 그레이스케일 정보로부터 얻어진 그레이스케일 값의 크기를 기초로 자동으로 경계화(thresholding)하여 상기 조직이미지로부터 상기 부(附)부재 이미지를 구분하는 단계; 및 상기 조직이미지에서 구분된 상기 부(附)부재의 경계영역 및 중심영역의 그레이스케일 정보를 이용하여 상기 조직이미지를 분석함으로써 상기 복합재 내에 배치된 입자를 구분하는 단계를 포함한다.
